Wow, this piece says it all. Funny, just about an hour ago, I was telling my husband that Comey was amazing in his testimony. He seemed completely honest and it moved me to see him admit that he wished he’d been stronger, but was too stunned, and was also talking to the POTUS. Not an easy thing to tell such a person– to his face– that he’s doing something wrong. I could relate so well to Comey, but wasn’t sure why. Now I know. Many thanks to Nicole Serratore for writing this, to the NYT for publishing it, and to John Michael Antonio for reblogging it.

Thank you for your comments and kind words Mary. Before reading this piece, I had just told my son that one of the reasons why Comey sounds so believable when it comes to Trump is that his stories sound so similar to the women that Trump harassed and assaulted. Wow.
